Lowki.ai was founded inside Thomas Dudley Ltd, a British manufacturer that has been making things in the West Midlands for over a century. We built Lexi because we needed it — order entry was costing us real time and real money, and no one on the market had a practical answer for an Epicor Kinetic shop.
Today Lexi runs live in our own business, processing orders from hundreds of customers every week. We're now bringing it to other Epicor Kinetic manufacturers who face the same problem — built with the same engineering-led, operator-grounded mindset that created it.

Most ERP add-ons are built by software companies who've never owned a P&L or chased a delivery date. Lexi is different. It was built inside a working manufacturer, by a team with 15+ years of EDI and ERP implementation experience, because we needed to solve the problem ourselves.

Production-grade generative AI became viable. We saw immediately that sales order entry — the messy, unstructured long tail that EDI never solved — was the perfect fit.
Built and battle-tested
Lexi went into production at Thomas Dudley, processing live orders from 500+ customers, compared to just 3 on EDI. We refined it against real-world chaos, not lab conditions.
Proven at scale
Over 171,000 order lines processed. Accuracy stabilised at 98%. Lexi became core operational infrastructure, not a pilot.
