Built inside a manufacturer, for manufacturers on Kinetic
Thomas Dudley has made things in the West Midlands since 1920 and has run Epicor for over 20 years. It was the first site in the UK to go live on Vantage 8, and today it runs Kinetic across a group of manufacturing companies.
A few years ago Thomas Dudley Plumbing Products went looking for a way to scale sales order entry without adding people. It spoke to vendors and couldn't find anything that worked the way its order desk works. So in 2024 its IT department built its own. The first version took a couple of days. Testing it against real orders until the results were right took much longer, and that testing is the part that matters.
Lexi by lowki.ai has now run in production at Thomas Dudley Plumbing Products for 2+ years: 56,000+ orders from 650+ customer accounts, each with its own layout. Accuracy is measured strictly, so any change a person makes counts as an error by the AI. lowki.ai exists to offer it to other manufacturers because it worked at Thomas Dudley Plumbing Products.
