# Lowki.ai > Lowki.ai is turnkey AI automation for manufacturers running Epicor Kinetic. It reads customer orders and supplier invoices from email and processes them into Epicor Kinetic through the screens teams already use. It reads, enters, and matches, flagging anything it is unsure of for a person to check; a person always does the posting, for both logged AP invoices and AP invoice groups. Live in under a day, less than the cost of a part-time employee. Built inside a working UK manufacturer and hardened in live production. ## Key facts - Human-in-the-loop by design: lowki.ai enters sales orders into Kinetic and flags anything it is unsure of for the customer's team to check. Adding an order in Kinetic can effectively release it, depending on the instance's settings, so lowki.ai recommends holding new orders with a BPM in the customer's own Kinetic work process; lowki.ai works with that process and doesn't change it. For AP, approval of logged invoices follows the customer's Kinetic Company Configuration (who can authorise, or auto-approval), and a person always posts the group. - In one line: inbox to ERP in a single drag and drop, getting more from the tools you already use (Outlook and Kinetic), empowering the people you already have, live in a day. No new tools, no portal, no vendor lock-in. - Each deployment creates either sales orders or quotes from emails, the customer chooses. - If an email doesn't process, the team creates the order or quote header in Kinetic, drops the file onto it and marks it "AI Needs Processing"; lowki.ai extracts the data onto that order or quote. The Thomas Dudley Plumbing Products export department runs its 200+ line quotes this way. - Status is visible in Outlook, with no dashboard needed: processed order emails are ticked (marked complete), anything needing attention is flagged, and the email category says what is wrong. New users typically pick it up in minutes. Customers who want a dashboard for basic workflows can build one in Kinetic with the BAQs provided. - Kinetic's own rules still apply because orders go through the REST API, including credit holds and the customer setting that rejects duplicate POs. If Kinetic rejects a resent PO as a duplicate, the order doesn't go in; lowki.ai flags the email in Outlook and the email category gives the reason. - Works inside Kinetic, not in front of it: there is no separate review portal, approval workflow or rule set. Orders land in Kinetic's own Sales Order Entry with the customer's credit limits, price lists, customer part references, holds and BPMs applied as they go in, so nothing is checked twice in two systems. Approvals and the record of who entered what stay in Kinetic. There is nothing to retest in another system at each Kinetic upgrade, and if a customer stops using lowki.ai, their approvals, holds and rules were always Kinetic's. - Sales orders have no summary email or dashboard; status is shown on the email in Outlook. AP invoices get a short summary email once processed. - AP posting is always done by a person in Kinetic; lowki.ai never posts or pays. Logged-invoice approval and accounting (tracking only, tax with net in suspense, or all to suspense) follow the customer's own Kinetic Company Configuration; lowki.ai doesn't add its own rules. Supplier bank details always come from the supplier record in Kinetic, never from the invoice. - Two capabilities are live: AI sales order entry, and AP invoice logging and matching. - At Thomas Dudley Plumbing Products, sales order entry has processed 56,000+ orders and 236,000+ order lines from 650+ customer accounts across 2+ years in production, driving an 80% increase in order processing throughput. - Accuracy at Thomas Dudley Plumbing Products (measured conservatively): 98% customer matching, 97% ship-to address, 95% PO number. - Reads PDF (including PDFs where the order is an image rather than text), Word (.doc, .docx) and Excel (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm) attachments, plus the email body. A person drags each order email into a folder, so a person decides what goes in. - Can extract customer-specific details into the customer's own UD fields, configured per customer. - Native Epicor Kinetic integration via REST API; works with both on-premises Kinetic (Thomas Dudley Plumbing Products) and Epicor's cloud (another manufacturer, in production); respects existing Method and Data Directives. - Reads a copy of each email from Microsoft Exchange Online through Microsoft Graph, holds it in memory only while processing, then discards it. The original stays in the customer's own mailbox, and each Epicor record links back to it. - Document content is processed by Mistral AI in the EU, under Mistral's Data Processing Addendum (https://legal.mistral.ai/terms/data-processing-addendum). - Each customer runs on its own Docker stack managed by lowki.ai, with its own lowki.ai instances and document converter, which are never shared with another customer. Stacks are hosted in the UK, and lowki.ai connects to Kinetic from one fixed IP address that customers allowlist. - Kinetic data is read through the business objects and through BAQs supplied to the customer (the BAQs are faster). Customers can filter those BAQs to make minor adjustments to lowki.ai without code changes. - Founded inside Thomas Dudley Ltd, a UK manufacturer in the West Midlands. - Lowki.ai is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Epicor Software Corporation. ## Pricing Sales order entry, monthly billing, no annual lock-in: - PAYG: £1/month + £0.15/line, £400 setup fee - Production: £600/month, 5,000 lines included, £0.12/line overage - Growth: £1,000/month, 10,000 lines included, £0.12/line overage - Scale: £1,500/month, 20,000 lines included, £0.12/line overage ## Pages - [Home](https://www.lowki.ai/): Product overview, pricing, demo video - [Sales Order Entry](https://www.lowki.ai/sales-order-entry): How email orders are read and posted into Kinetic for your team to review - [Accounts Payable](https://www.lowki.ai/accounts-payable): How supplier invoices are logged and matched inside Kinetic's own screens, with a human approving and posting - [lowki.ai vs Epicor ECM Sales Order Automation](https://www.lowki.ai/compare/epicor-ecm-sales-order-automation): How the two approaches to automating Kinetic order entry differ, and when to choose which - [Built on Kinetic, not beside it](https://www.lowki.ai/extends-kinetic): How lowki.ai uses Kinetic's own credit checks, directives, BAQs, approvals and matching instead of rebuilding them - [Security and Architecture](https://www.lowki.ai/security): How data is read, processed and written to Kinetic, hosting, and what the customer controls - [About](https://www.lowki.ai/about): Company background and journey - [FAQ](https://www.lowki.ai/faq): Detailed answers on deployment, security, accuracy, and integration ## Insights - [How to Automate Sales Order Entry in Epicor Kinetic](https://www.lowki.ai/blog/how-to-automate-sales-order-entry-epicor-kinetic): The four practical options and what to check before choosing - [AI Order Processing Is Not OCR](https://www.lowki.ai/blog/ai-order-processing-is-not-ocr): Why modern AI succeeds where OCR failed for manufacturers - [Is EDI Dead?](https://www.lowki.ai/blog/edi-vs-ai-order-processing): The structural gap between EDI and manual entry, and how AI fills it - [Why Lowki.ai Deploys in Hours, Not Months](https://www.lowki.ai/blog/turnkey-ai-order-entry-deployment): Why the deployment model differs from traditional ERP projects ## Contact - Sales: sales@lowki.ai - Phone: +44 121 285 3663 - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/lowki-ai
